Privacy
This site collects nothing about you, and there is no clever wording under that sentence.
What the site does not do
No cookies are set. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising, and no embedded video or social widget. Nothing on the page is fetched from another company: the typefaces are the ones already on your device, and the only script is a few lines that open a screenshot when you click it. There are no forms, so there is nothing to submit.
Nothing you do here is recorded, and there is no account to have.
What happens anyway, because the page has to reach you
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver a page and to keep the service standing up under attack, Cloudflare handles your IP address and the details your browser sends with the request, and keeps its own short-lived logs of that. This is the ordinary machinery of a website being served and is outside what BodgeWorks Games can see or keep — no per-visitor data is passed on to us, and none is stored by us. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers it.
If you email
Mail to info@bodgeworksgames.com arrives in an ordinary mailbox. Your message and your address are kept for as long as it takes to reply and to keep a sensible record of the conversation, and are not passed to anyone else or used to send you anything you did not ask for. Ask and it will be deleted.
Links away from here
itch.io, YouTube and Facebook are other people's sites with other people's rules. Once you follow one of those links, what happens is covered by their policies rather than this one.
Changes
If this site ever gains a mailing list, a store, or anything else that collects something, this page changes first and says so plainly. It is dated below so you can tell.
Who to ask
BodgeWorks Games is a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Questions about any of the above, including a request to delete an email, go to info@bodgeworksgames.com.
